Join Our TeamWe're looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our growing construction team in Bend, Oregon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and has experience in residential and/or commercial construction. If you're dependable, safety-focused, and enjoy working with a team that values quality work, we'd like to hear from you.Responsibilities:Perform rough and finish carpentry on commercial construction projectsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specificationsFrame walls, floors, roofs, and install doors and windowsInstall trim, baseboards, crown molding, cabinets, and other finish carpentry elementsBuild and install blocking, backing, stairs, and miscellaneous framingMeasure, cut, and assemble wood and other building materials accuratelyOperate hand tools and power tools safely and efficientlyEnsure all work meets project specifications and quality standardsMaintain a clean and organized job siteFollow OSHA safety standards and company safety policiesWork collaboratively with superintendents, foremen, and other trades
