Please review the job title and location to ensure the position matches the area where you are seeking employment.Job Skills / RequirementsWe are looking for a dependable Floor Technician to perform regular floor maintenance and restorative cleaning at customer locations. This position requires the safe operation of floor care equipment, attention to detail, and the ability to complete assigned work with minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities:Load, transport, and unload equipment and supplies between company vehicles and job sitesMove and reset furniture before and after cleaning tasksSafely and effectively operate floor maintenance equipment, including:Upright and backpack vacuumsRotary buffers and burnishersCarpet extractors and scrubbersWalk-behind and ride-on floor scrubbersPressure washersFollow established safety procedures for equipment use, chemical handling, and waste disposalFollow cleaning schedules and procedures with minimal supervisionUse mobile devices, including phones and tablets, to log completed tasks and report issuesCommunicate effectively with project leaders and team membersPerform additional duties as assignedQualifications:Must be at least 18 years of ageValid driver's license with at least 6 months of driving experienceAbility to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructionsComfortable using mobile technology for reporting and communicationStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyPrior floor maintenance experience preferred, but not requiredHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferredPrevious floor care or janitorial experience preferredPhysical Requirements:Ability to walk, stand, kneel, push, pull, bend, climb, twist, and reach for extended periodsAbility to lift and carry 50–75 poundsAbility to safely operate and transport floor care equipmentGood vision and hearing required for safe work performanceAdditional Information / BenefitsPaid trainingBenefitsOpportunities for advancement and career growthThis job reports to the Service Operations ManagerThis is a Part-Time positionNumber of Openings for this position: 2
