Job description
Upchurch is seeking a Commercial HVAC/R Technician to support clients across diverse industries. In this client-facing role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems to ensure safe, reliable performance. Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment, performing preventive maintenance, completing system start-ups, and documenting all work clearly. You will collaborate closely with project teams, communicate findings and recommendations to clients, and uphold high standards of safety, integrity, and professionalism while working on-site at customer facilities.
