Job description
Commercial Hvac Sales ExecutiveAs a commercial HVAC sales executive, your primary responsibility is developing new commercial business while growing recurring preventative maintenance revenue. You'll work directly with facility managers, property managers, building owners, contractors, and decision-makers to provide customized maintenance solutions that improve equipment performance and reduce long-term operating costs. The ideal candidate has a true hunter mentality, is self-motivated, and enjoys building relationships that lead to long-term partnerships.
