Job description
Service Sales ProfessionalWe are looking for a Service Sales Professional with a track record of developing new commercial HVAC, retrofit, and replacement business. You'll join a team providing full service HVAC and refrigeration maintenance, warranty work, controls upgrades, and planned maintenance agreements to healthcare, commercial, institutional, and industrial customers.You Will Be Responsible For:Prospecting and closing new commercial service clientsSelling preventative maintenance, controls upgrades, retrofits, and equipment replacementsBuilding and managing a pipeline of service contracts and lead gen opportunitiesMaintaining strong client engagement with facility managers and ownersCoordinating with operations to ensure service deliveryQualifications:Commercial HVAC or mechanical service sales experienceProven ability to generate new business and close dealsRelationship-building and negotiation skillsStrong professional presentation and CRM disciplineWhat You Get:Uncapped commission and bonus structureBenefits and retirement matchAutonomy to build territorySupportive operations and service leadershipFor additional information on this opportunity, please contact Brandi Hoerner directly at .
