What You Will Do
Inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC equipment (3 to 25+ tons)
Service package rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, chillers, and exhaust fans
Troubleshoot advanced electrical systems, 3-phase power, and commercial controls/EMS
Coordinate with property managers and facilities directors to provide clear updates
Maintain organized digital service tickets and a clean, safe company vehicle
What We Need From You
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of dedicated commercial HVAC service experience
Credentials: EPA Universal Certification required. OSHA 10 is a strong plus
Skills: Expert reading of schematics and troubleshooting 3-phase electrical systems
Drive: Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record
Mindset: Passion for the job, reliable, professional presentation, and ability to pass a background check/drug screen
