Job Description Job Description Commercial HVAC Technician:
For the system experts and high-pressure professionals
What You'll Do:
Diagnose, service, and repair commercial boilers and associated HVAC systems.
Use strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
Perform preventative maintenance HVAC Systems to maximize efficiency.
Communicate with customers and building managers
Complete detailed daily work orders
Follow all OSHA safety guidelines
Occasional Overtime and Overnight shifts when needed.
On-Call Rotation
Preferred but not required: Experience working on hydronic systems, steam boilers, pumps, valves, burners, and related equipment
What We're Looking For:
Commercial HVAC Technician experience (5+ years preferred)
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills (including electrical schematics and controls)
Professional, dependable, reliable, and team-oriented
High attention to safety protocols and local codes
