Commercial / Industrial Plumbing TechnicianNashville, TNWe are seeking an experienced Commercial / Industrial Service Plumber to join our growing service team. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, customer-oriented, and capable of working independently while representing the company professionally in the field.What BME Offers YouTop Pay: $30–$45 per hourPaid WeeklyMedical, Dental, and Vision Benefits: Begin Day 1 — no waiting period80 Hours of Vacation to StartCompany-Paid Life Insurance Policy401(k) Plan: With company matchAnnual Perks: Boot Allowance and company-provided uniformsHome Dispatch: Begin your day from home (where applicable)Main Duties:Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial plumbing systems including:Domestic water systemsSanitary and storm drainage systemsGas piping systemsFixtures, valves, backflow preventers, and pumpsPerform service work, emergency repairs, and preventative maintenanceRead and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schematicsAccurately document work performed, materials used, and recommended repairsCommunicate clearly with customers, supervisors, and dispatchFollow all company safety policies and OSHA regulationsMaintain tools, service vehicle, and jobsite cleanlinessParticipate in on-call rotation as requiredRequired Qualifications:Minimum 3–5 years experience in commercial and/or industrial plumbing serviceStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsWorking knowledge of plumbing codes (IPC/UPC)Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordAbility to lift 75 lbs. and work in confined spaces, rooftops, and mechanical roomsPreferred Qualifications:Backflow certificationExperience in healthcare, industrial, or institutional facilitiesExperience with pumps, booster systems, and gas pipingOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certificationSalary Range: $30/h - $45/h
