Commercial Install Plumber - State College - SIGN ON BONUSState College, PA $25-$45/hr (Based on Experience) + Overtime Opportunities + SpiffsHaller is actively hiring a Commercial Install Plumber to join our growing team in State College, PA.If you're an experienced commercial plumber who takes pride in quality workmanship, works well on a team, and wants steady year-round work with strong earning potential-this is a great opportunity to join a company that values your skills.We're growing, and we're looking for a dependable, experienced installer who can jump in and contribute right away.What You'll DoIn this role, you'll work on a variety of commercial plumbing installation projects, including:Installing and repairing commercial piping systems and plumbing fixturesWorking with valves, pipe systems, fittings, and related equipmentReading and following project plans to complete high-quality installationsEnsuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and safelyRepresenting Haller professionally on job sites and in customer facilitiesCollaborating with team members while also working independently in the fieldSharing knowledge and helping support less experienced techniciansCompleting job documentation accurately and on timeWhat We're Looking For (Required Experience)3-5+ years of Commercial Plumbing Install experienceValid driver's license with an insurable driving recordStrong mechanical and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPride in craftsmanship and attention to detailComfortable using digital tools (iPad/email) for job documentation and communicationStrong work ethic and commitment to doing the job right the first timeNice to have (not required):Journeyman or Master Plumbing LicenseTechnical school or associate degreeWhy Join HallerWe don't just offer jobs-we build long-term careers.
