Commercial Lines Account Executive
Steele Insurance Associates, an independent property & casualty insurance agency, is looking for a consultant-minded insurance agent to join our growing team. Job Description: We are seeking a professional and knowledgeable Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with commercial clients. You will grow the book of business and maximize profitable relationships.
Responsibilities:
Identify new commercial insurance opportunities
Develop relationships with clients and prospective clients
Respond to inquiries from clients and prospective clients
Provide accurate proposals
Monitor and report on key metrics regarding sales targets
Participate in regular continuing education classes
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and information
Preferred Qualifications:
Active insurance license
Previous experience as a personal or commercial lines producer or in a similar role
Bachelor's degree
Proven track record of B2B sales experience
Skilled in negotiation and communication
Highly organized with strong time management skills
