Commercial Insurance Sales RepresentativeThis is a closing role, not a hunting one. You will work warm inbound commercial leads with an average close rate above 50 percent. These are business owners who are ready to buy, not just browse. There's no cold calling, no prospecting, and no chasing. Your job is to guide the conversation, present solutions with clarity, and close confidently. We provide the leads, the process, and the tools. You have thick skin, a competitive edge, and value teamwork.We are looking for someone who:Is bilingual (Spanish/English) and comfortable having professional conversations in both languagesHas at least 2 years of commercial insurance experience (preferred, not required)Is licensed or ready to become licensed. We cover the costCan pick things up quickly and act on themThrives in a fast-paced, accountable environmentIs motivated by results and driven to improveWhat We Offer$60K base salary or commissions, whichever pays more.
