Join Our Dynamic Business Insurance Team in Woodcliff Lake, NJ!We are on the lookout for a motivated and knowledgeable professional to enhance our business insurance team. This role involves advising commercial clients on insurance products, quoting and binding policies, servicing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have a strong understanding of property and casualty insurance products and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients, addressing their property and casualty insurance queries.Provide quotes, manage policy issuance, and handle endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.Respond to client inquiries and ensure excellent customer service and retention.Stay updated on products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements.Maintain accurate records in the CRM and agency management systems.Requirements:2 years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance preferred.Strong phone skills and customer service abilities.Familiarity with small and mid-size business insurance products and rating tools.Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.Daily commute to our Woodcliff Lake, NJ office is required. This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
