Grounds Crew Lead / Crew ForemanGood crews need good leaders. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a great attitude combined with a commitment to excellence. Qualified applicants will have the opportunity to leave general grounds services, landscaping projects, winter snow services, and seasonal services throughout the year. You will be supported by a strong operational leader, and an operations team based out of our Sharonville, Ohio office. Pay Rate: $21 to $24 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7am to 4pm (depending on weather and regional conditions) Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, STD/LTD, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Phone stipend, 401k.Essential Duties And Responsibilities:Hands-on managing a commercial landscape/lawn maintenance crew in weekly lawn maintenance of dedicated routemulchingplant and flower installweeding flowerbedstrimming bushes and/or trees to maintain neat appearance and desired shapeshoveling/plowing and clearing icy exterior walkways and parking lots during wintry weatherpreparing grounds for seasonal changes, while working outside in all types of weatherInspect exterior of each property and groundsSafely and properly operate/maintain equipment and tools. Including, gas-powered equipment such as mowers, string trimmers, leaf blowers.Responsible for using phone/tablet to complete site inspections, enter crew's time and material into work order system.Other tasks assigned.Qualifications:Landscape/Lawn Maintenance experience.Experience managing a crew preferred.Keen eye for detail, organized, and great attitude.Ability to self-manage and perform each essential duty beyond satisfactionValid driver's license.Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.Effective communication skills.Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening.Ability to work overtime.tdgFacilities is full-service facilities management company based in Cincinnati, OH with over 6M square feet under management in OH, IN, KY, TN, GA, AL & FL.
