Russell Landscape Crew MemberRussell Landscape is seeking skilled, motivated, and hard-working Crew Members to join our commercial landscape maintenance team. If you take pride in quality work, enjoy working outdoors, and want to grow your career with a top-tier landscaping company, we want to hear from you.What You'll DoWork as part of a professional landscape maintenance crew servicing commercial propertiesPerform maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, planting, and pruningAssist with loading and unloading equipment and materials while keeping tools organized and maintainedFollow direction from Crew Leaders and help keep job sites clean, safe, and completed on timeOccasionally assist with landscape construction or enhancement projectsTake pride in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spacesWhat You Bring1–2 years of commercial landscaping experience preferred (we will train the right person)Ability to operate landscape equipment such as mowers, blowers, and trimmersStrong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detailTeam-oriented attitude and willingness to learnAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditionsValid driver's license is a plusWhat You GetCompetitive pay based on experiencePaid time off and holiday payHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchOpportunities for advancement into Crew Leader and other rolesA supportive, team-oriented work environmentThe Physical SideThis role requires physical stamina including frequent walking, bending, lifting, and operating equipment.
