Commercial LandscaperJob Title: Commercial LandscaperEmployment Type: Full-TimeLocation: Kings Mountain, North CarolinaPay: $18.00 per hourSchedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PMJob Summary: We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Commercial Landscaper to perform landscaping and grounds maintenance duties at commercial properties. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, comfortable working outdoors, and able to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift. Previous landscaping experience is preferred.Key Responsibilities:Perform mowing, weed eating, edging, and other routine landscape maintenanceTrim bushes, shrubs, and other landscaping as neededOperate landscaping tools and equipment safely and effectivelyAssist with general cleanup and maintenance of outdoor areasLift, carry, and move landscaping materials, tools, and equipmentPerform physical work, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shiftWork outdoors in various weather conditionsFollow all safety procedures and supervisor instructionsMaintain a clean and organized work areaComplete additional landscaping duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:Must be dependable and punctual with reliable attendanceMust be able to report to work by 6:00 AMAbility to perform physically demanding outdoor work for the duration of the shiftAbility to safely use basic landscaping tools and equipmentAbility to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a teamWillingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsPreferred Qualifications:Previous commercial landscaping or grounds maintenance experienceExperience with mowing, weed eating, edging, and trimmingExperience operating commercial landscaping equipmentCore Competencies: Commercial Landscaping, Grounds Maintenance, Mowing, Weed Eating, Edging, Trimming, Landscaping Equipment, Outdoor Work, Physical Labor, Safety Awareness, Dependability, Punctuality, Teamwork
