Our client - a well-respected, growth-oriented community bank with deep roots in the markets it serves - is looking for an experienced Commercial Loan Officer to develop new business, structure winning loan solutions, and grow a portfolio in the Dallas market.

What You'll Do Drive new business through proactive calling and relationship-building with commercial clients
Underwrite, structure, negotiate, and close commercial loans
Analyze credit and recommend sound lending decisions to management
Cross-sell the bank's full suite of products and services
Manage and grow an existing loan portfolio
Represent the bank in the Dallas community through active involvement in local business and civic organizations
What You Bring 3+ years of commercial banking experience
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting (preferred)
Strong credit analysis, negotiation, and deal-structuring skills
A proven track record of business development
Sharp judgment, sound decision-making, and a polished, professional presence
The drive to build relationships and the discipline to manage them well
