Job description
Commercial LenderA community bank in Telluride is confidentially seeking a Commercial Lender to grow business banking across San Miguel County and southwest Colorado. You'll develop new clients, underwrite and structure loans, close deals, and service a commercial portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Win new commercial relationships through networking and referralsAssess client needs and recommend matching credit and deposit solutionsAnalyze business financials to determine credit strengthWrite credit memos and manage loan documents to closingOpen business accounts and cross-sell treasury managementGrow loan balances while protecting credit qualityQualifications:Bachelor's in Finance, Business, or Accounting a plusSolid history in commercial lending or business bankingComfortable presenting to owners and management teamsExperience building loan proposals and underwritingOrganized and able to handle multiple prioritiesCompetitive salary and bonus.I work with banks across Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region and usually hear about commercial lending openings before they're advertised.
