Job description
Commercial Loan ProcessorProvides administrative and loan-processing support to Commercial Lenders throughout the lending process, from application through closing and servicing.Key Responsibilities:Assist Commercial Lenders with preparing and processing commercial loan requests.Collect and organize borrower financials, tax returns, credit reports, and other documentation.Prepare loan files, approval packages, and closing documents.Coordinate appraisals, title work, insurance, UCC filings, and other loan requirements.Track loan conditions and outstanding documentation.Assist with loan closings, renewals, modifications, and servicing.Maintain accurate loan records and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.Communicate with borrowers, lenders, and internal departments to keep transactions moving efficiently.Qualifications:2+ years of banking, lending, or loan processing experience preferred.Knowledge of commercial lending and loan documentation.Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.For more information, contact Tanner Stark at .
