Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines professional to join our growing team. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a book of existing commercial accounts, providing proactive renewal management, day-to-day client service, and trusted insurance guidance. This role is relationship-driven, detail-oriented, and essential to delivering the FirstMark experience.

Your key responsibilities may include:

Manage renewals for an established commercial book of business

Provide ongoing client care, endorsements, certificates, and coverage support

Collaborate closely with producers, carriers, and internal teams

Identify coverage gaps and support long-term risk management conversations

Deliver timely, accurate, and thoughtful service to our clients

Partner with our incredible teams to deliver a world-class, boutique client experience in every single interaction.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of commercial insurance experience

Must have a current P&C insurance license in your state

May be located anywhere nationwide but must be able to work PST hours (8-5, M-F)

Ability to multi-task and ensure no detail gets overlooked

Strong understanding of commercial coverages and carrier workflows

Organized, proactive, and client-focused

Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset

Salary of $65,000-$70,000 depending on experience
