We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Lines Account Manager to make an impact.As a key player in this role, you'll oversee a high-value portfolio of clients, drive growth, and collaborate closely with our Commercial Lines Producers to assist and ensure seamless day-to-day performance. You'll play a pivotal role in enhancing client experiences, strengthening relationships with both clients and insurance carriers, and driving the success of the department.What You'll Do:Client Relationship Management: Take the reins in managing a select group of high-profile Commercial Lines clients, providing exceptional service and proactive support.Efficiency Expert: Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, increase productivity, and improve departmental operations.Growth Driver: Help meet and exceed agency goals while contributing to a culture of success and performance excellence.Client Experience Champion: Continuously elevate the client service process to ensure an outstanding experience every step of the way.Carrier Relationship Builder: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with insurance carriers to enhance service and coverage options.Embrace New Challenges: Grow alongside the agency, taking on new responsibilities and opportunities as we expand.What We're Looking For:Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Commercial Lines insurance, with a proven track record of success.Licensing: Active Property & Casualty license required.Tech Savvy: Experience with Applied Epic is a plus.
