Commercial Lines Account Manager - Hybrid - Torrance, CAA leading insurance agency with over thirty years in the industry is actively seeking a seasoned Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team in the Torrance area! This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a team-oriented setting and is eager to grow within a company that truly invests in its employees' success.$70,000 - $80,000 annually, with bonuses twice a yearHybrid schedule (3 days in office)401(k) plan, life insurance, medical, dental, and vision coveragePaid time offThe Preferred Qualifications:Active Property & Casualty license4+ years in Commercial Lines Account ManagementProficiency with management systems and experience with small to mid-size accountsIn-depth understanding of insurance coverages, products, and agency proceduresFluency in both Japanese and English is preferredThe Position:Responsible for staying in direct contact with clients and providing excellent customer serviceConsult with clients on coverage options and offer the most appropriate coverage for the clientResponsible for marketing new and renewal businessDeveloping and maintaining relationships with carriersInitial review of policies and preparation of coverage breakdownsResponding to correspondence, telephone, and in-person inquiries from insureds regarding coverage, policy changes, premium payments, and related mattersAssisting in the gathering of renewal exposure information with the producerPerforming other job-related duties as assignedCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 Per Year
