Commercial Insurance Account ManagerThe Commercial Lines Account Manager supports the sales of and provides service for commercial insurance customers. This role is responsible for changes, updates, and value-added services.Insurance Experience – Active Property & Casualty License required. Insurance experience necessary.Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner.Team Oriented – Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.Answer client's questions regarding payments and notices.Process endorsements for clients.Manage a diverse book of house accounts.Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers.Support designated sales staff.Review and respond to renewal activities.Follow up and see tasks thru to completion.This is a full-time role and onsite at the Albuquerque, NM location.
