Commercial Lines Account ManagerSpotts Insurance Group a Leavitt Group affiliate has been providing insurance protection and peace of mind to our clients since 1993. Spotts Insurance Group takes pride in helping you select a comprehensive insurance package tailored specifically to your business or personal needs.A Commercial Lines Account Manager works closely with producers and commercial lines managers in providing ongoing support to their commercial accounts. The right candidate has 3-4 or more years of experience working in the insurance industry with commercial clients.Responsibilities:Prepare the applications for the submission with underwriting information provided by the Producer.Daily ongoing relationship with Commercial Lines Manager regarding specific deadlines and on-going projects/tasksWork with the service staff to meet timeline (deadlines)Work with assigned Account Executive on marketing procedures with discussed selected marketsFollow up with Markets for quotationsCreate the proposal under the direction of the Account ExecutiveCreate Proposal bookletsCheck for any discrepancies between submission/quotation/proposalMake any proposal changes and quotations from client meeting with the producer directed by the Account ExecutiveWork with Producer to provide binders of insurance/Get client sign offCertificate issuanceCheck policies with submission/quotation/proposalInvoiceCheck endorsements against Account Executive requestsIssue auto ID CardsRequirements:3-5 years experience with working a small commercial lines book of business.Active Property & Casualty licenseMust have strong computer software and in using Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, WordMust have strong oral and written communication skillsMust have experience with carrier rating softwareExperience with the AMS 360 is highly preferredBenefitsIn office / hybridPaid License renewal and continuing educationAttractive Benefits package, including 401kHealth Plan, Vision, Dental, FSA, & Life InsurancePaid time off (vacation & sick time)Wellness programAs a national agency broker company, Leavitt Group is in over 250 locations across 28 states.We are always looking for talented individuals who want to further their career and grow with us.
