We're currently seeking an experienced Commercial Property & Casualty Account Manager to join our office and support the growing needs of our Gallatin Valley clients.If you take pride in doing honest work, enjoy working in a community-first environment, and know your way around commercial insurance, you might be a great fit for our team.What You'll Do:Manage a diverse book of commercial clients, including contractors, tech firms, ag operations, retail businesses, and local nonprofits.Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, audits, and policy changes with accuracy and care.Serve as the trusted point of contact for your clients, building long-term relationships through responsiveness and professionalism.Work closely with producers and underwriters to prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and bind coverages.Maintain up-to-date records in our agency management system (we use Applied Epic).What We're Looking For:3+ years of experience in commercial lines account management preferredActive Montana Property & Casualty license (preferred)Strong working knowledge of commercial insurance products and marketsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational habitsFamiliarity with Applied Epic or similar agency management softwareA team mindset and a positive, community-focused attitudeDon't have your license or looking for an entry point into the industry?
