About the Role - REMOTE, MUST LIVE IN MI
Commercial Lines Client Specialist with a minimum of 2+ years experience working in commercial lines. Position is a fully remote role, and requires an active Property & Casualty insurance license, and individual will work in conjunction with team on an assigned book of business working with Producers, customers, carriers, and other internal and external partners.
Responsibilities
Process carrier changes, claims support, billing, endorsements, certificates
Utilize Applied EPIC to document client information
Work closely with commercial lines team to ensure clients needs are met
Communicate with clients regarding their policies
Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
Minimum of 2 years experience working in commercial lines within an independent insurance agency setting
Excellent organizational skills xzgxqkn with an attention to detail
Experience with Applied EPIC
Strong team focus and ability to foster effective working relationships
Pay range and compensation package
Compensation package includes competitive salary up to $65k depending on experience, excellent benefit package inclusive of health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, etc.
