Insurance ProducerAt Contractors Insurance Agency, we provide our clients with high-quality insurance products and services at competitive and affordable rates. We take pride in building long-term relationships with contractors and delivering exceptional customer service that supports their business success.The Producer plays a key role in driving sales growth by acquiring new business and managing client relationships. This position is responsible for increasing market penetration within an assigned territory while retaining and strengthening existing client accounts. Success in this role requires a strong focus on business development, account management, profitability, and customer retention.The Producer must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to review and adjust coverage options and pricing as market conditions evolve. Building trust with clients and providing tailored insurance solutions are essential to long-term success in this role.Primary ResponsibilitiesContact and follow up on assigned leads to develop new business opportunitiesHandle incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely mannerAssist walk-in clients by assessing their insurance needs and providing appropriate solutionsNegotiate policy terms, coverage options, and pricing with clientsReview and analyze client requirements, qualifications, exposures, and risks to recommend suitable insurance productsMaintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfactionCollaborate proactively with Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to identify opportunities and provide exceptional client supportMonitor market trends and participate in rate negotiations and policy reviews as neededPerform other duties and responsibilities as assignedRequirementsRequired QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of insurance industry experienceHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredActive Property & Casualty (P&C) LicenseAbility to write and service: General Liability, Workers' Compensation, Excess Liability, Business AutoProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookExperience with AMS360 is a plusBilingual (English/Spanish) preferredBenefitsPaid Time Off (PTO)Paid HolidaysHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401(k) with Company MatchingContractors Insurance Agency is committed to providing exceptional service to our clients while creating opportunities for our employees to grow and succeed.
