Commercial Lines Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and professional Commercial Lines Producer to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in assisting small business clients with their insurance needs by leveraging inbound leads from bank and loan officers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales, a proven ability to work collaboratively, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Compensation Package
Base Salary : $70,000 annually
Commission : 30% on all new business (no commission on renewals)
Responsibilities
Manage inbound leads from bank and loan officers, guiding small business clients through the insurance process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Utilize the Epic software system to manage accounts and streamline workflows.
Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
Take accountability for meeting sales targets and delivering high-quality service.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Designations : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience : Minimum of 3 years in insurance sales, with a focus on small accounts preferred.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in Epic software is highly desirable.
Soft Skills : Professional demeanor and communication skills.
Strong sense of accountability and reliability.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
