Commercial Lines Producer
Job Summary
Seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join a team as Commercial Lines Producers . Compensation Package
Base Salary : $65,000 - $75,000 + commissions and additional bonus opportunities
Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k).
Responsibilities
Prospect, develop, and expand new business opportunities within assigned industry verticals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and scheduled meetings.
Develop subject-matter expertise by selecting a primary and secondary industry vertical for specialization.
Consistently meet or exceed established sales, production, and activity goals.
Collaborate with internal partners and leadership to support overall business growth and client success.
Qualifications/Requirements
Experience : 3-4 years of B2B sales experience OR 2-3 years in a Producer Assistant or insurance-related role.
Candidates with Risk Management degrees or strong sales experience will also be considered.
Skills : Proven ability to prospect and hold client meetings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a hunger for success and a go-getter mentality.
Licenses : Property & Casualty license preferred but not required.
