Commercial Litigation Associate (2–4 Years) Business Litigation / Disputes
A well-regarded national law firm is looking to add a junior to mid-level Commercial Litigation Associate to its Dallas office.
This is a great opportunity for an associate who wants to build strong litigation skills while working on meaningful, complex business disputes in a collaborative and supportive environment .
What You’ll Work On
Handling a range of commercial litigation matters
Drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery
Assisting with depositions, hearings, and case strategy
Working closely with partners on active litigation matters
Who This Could Be a Fit For
2–4 years of commercial litigation experience
Strong writing and analytical skills
Experience with motion practice and/or discovery
Looking for hands-on experience and more responsibility
