Our breadth of experience includes commercial disputes, mass torts litigation, and personal injury litigation.

Overview

We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. If you have a proven track record in handling complex business disputes and a deep understanding of corporate law, we want to hear from you! This role is vital for law firms that handle corporate clients, as it ensures legal representation in high-stakes corporate disputes.

Responsibilities

Litigation Management: Handle complex commercial litigation cases involving issues such as breach of contract, corporate governance, intellectual property disputes, mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and antitrust matters.

Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to identify relevant laws, precedents, and best practices. Apply legal principles to provide solutions to clients' problems.

Drafting Legal Documents: Prepare legal pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery documents, and other required filings. Ensure all documents comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Strategic Legal Counsel: Provide ongoing legal advice to corporate clients on risk management, compliance, and strategic decisions related to litigation. Guide clients on matters like dispute resolution, mergers, and acquisitions.

Settlement Negotiations: Engage in settlement negotiations on behalf of clients, aiming to resolve disputes favorably without going to trial when possible.

Collaboration: Work closely with other attorneys, legal staff, and corporate clients to develop litigation strategies. Collaborate with expert witnesses, consultants, and other professionals as necessary.

Case Management: Oversee all aspects of litigation, including pre-trial motions, discovery, witness preparation, trial, and post-trial procedures.
