Job description
Schedule: Hybrid – 3 Days In-Office / 2 Days Remote
Compensation: $220,000 to $300,000 Base Salary + Bonus

I’m currently working with a highly regarded Chicago litigation boutique seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a litigator who wants to work on sophisticated, high-stakes commercial matters while having meaningful responsibility and direct exposure to complex cases.
The firm handles sophisticated disputes for clients across a range of industries and has a strong reputation for creative litigation strategy, trial advocacy, and handling complex matters.
Practice Areas:
The attorney will have the opportunity to work on sophisticated matters involving:
Commercial Litigation
M&A Litigation
Employment Litigation
Complex Contract Disputes
Business & Corporate Disputes
Fiduciary Duty & Governance Matters
Tortious Interference
The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of commercial litigation experience
Strong experience handling complex commercial disputes
Excellent legal research and writing skills
Experience with discovery, depositions, motion practice and litigation strategy
Ability to manage matters with increasing independence
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $220,000 to $300,000. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
PTO – Unlimited as long as you are meeting billable expectation
401k Match – 100% Match on first 3%, 50% on next 2%
