A bit about us:
We are a highly regarded boutique law firm with an established presence in the western suburbs of Chicago. The firm has built a strong reputation for delivering high quality legal work across a range of sophisticated matters, with a particular emphasis on business litigation, commercial transactions, and estate planning and succession matters.
The firm offers a collaborative, collegial environment where attorneys work closely together and have meaningful access to experienced partners. Unlike a larger firm, attorneys here have the opportunity to take significant ownership of their matters and work directly with senior attorneys on complex cases throughout the entire life cycle of a matter.
The litigation practice has continued to grow, creating an opportunity for an experienced attorney to step into a strong pipeline of work. This is an excellent fit for someone who enjoys sophisticated legal work but prefers the culture, autonomy, and direct client exposure of a boutique practice.
The firm is also intentional about developing its attorneys, with a genuine opportunity for long term advancement and partnership for the right individual.
Why join us?
Competitive Compensation: $120,000 to $180,000 base salary (DOE)
401(k) with Employer Match
Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage
Collaborative Work Environment: Join a close knit team of 5 attorneys where mentorship from senior partners is part of the culture, not an afterthought
Real Ownership: Manage cases from day one with genuine autonomy, rather than sitting second chair indefinitely
Growth Path: A clearly defined trajectory toward partnership for the right person
Onsite Culture: Work face to face with a tight knit team that actually likes working together
