Job description
We are working with a well-established Northeast regional law firm that is continuing to grow its New York City office and is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join its team.
The firm has approximately 120 attorneys and a strong reputation in the real estate space. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned litigator who is looking to join a growing platform and handle sophisticated commercial disputes in New York state and federal courts.
Ideal Candidate
The firm is seeking an attorney with 6+ years of litigation experience handling commercial litigation matters. Experience with any of the following is particularly relevant:
Foreclosure actions
Purchase and sale disputes
Other complex commercial litigation
Litigation in New York state and federal courts
New Jersey litigation experience is a plus.
Trial experience is also preferred, but not required.
