Commercial Loan Documentation ProcessorCollinsville, OKBancFirst, Collinsville200 E Main StCollinsville, OK 74021Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include The FollowingResponsible for producing commercial loan documents using Laser Pro.Prepare loan closing documents for approved commercial loansWork closely with Loan Edit staff to ensure all documents are produced accurately and in a timely mannerAssist Bank President and Commercial Lenders as neededAssist customersEnsure compliance with regulations and BancFirst policies and proceduresPerform other job related duties or special projects as assignedPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.RequirementsKnowledge of Horizon loan systemKnowledge of AccuAccount scanning systemKnowledge of daily loan operationsGeneral understanding of BancFirst products and servicesProficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applicationsOutstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbalAble to perform in a highly sensitive environment, deal with confidential matters and meet deadlinesMust demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor at all timesCritical thinking and reasoning skillsDetail orientedMust be able to multi-taskMust work well under stress and deadlinesAttendance and punctuality is an essential function of the jobPreferred SkillsKnowledge of Laser ProKnowledge of commercial loan documents and processingPhysical RequirementsConstant use of computer screensAbility to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hearIntermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouchingAbility to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workdayLong periods of typing and repetitive motionAbility to lift and/or move and carry up to 10 poundsHometown service, statewide strength.
