Commercial Loan Operations SpecialistThe Commercial Loan Operations Specialist role is responsible for performing a variety of routine and non-routine daily loan operations activities, documentation preparation, and follow-up of commercial loans.What You'll Do:Performs day-to-day loan operations functions for all lending transactions booked by the Commercial Loan Operations Department.Interact closely with loan processors and lenders.Responsible for booking loans in Silverlake system.Prepare and file UCC Continuations.Maintain insurance tracking – Communication with members & insurance agents for policy coverage on loan renewals.Escrow monitoring and order tax service contracts.Handle general Member inquires, both external and internal.
