Commercial New Construction PlumberWe are seeking an experienced Commercial New Construction Plumber to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing plumbing systems in commercial new construction projects and be able to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards.Minimum RequirementsCurrent Tradesman or Journeyman Plumbing License (Required)Must have held your Tradesman or Journeyman license for a minimum of 2 yearsExperience in commercial new construction plumbingAbility to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawingsKnowledge of local plumbing codes and regulationsValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in various weather conditionsResponsibilitiesInstall commercial plumbing systems, including water, sewer, and gas linesInstall fixtures, drains, piping, and plumbing equipment according to plans and specificationsRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specificationsPerform rough-in and finish plumbing installationsEnsure all work complies with local, state, and company safety standardsCoordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades on-siteMaintain a clean and organized work areaWhat We OfferCompetitive payHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for advancement and continued career growthApplicants must possess a current Tradesman or Journeyman Plumbing License and have held that license for at least two (2) years.
