Commercial Painter- Epoxy ExperiencePay: $28-$30 HR/DOE| Location: Deatsville, AL | Weekly Pay | Full Benefits | $300 dollar sign on bonusWe are hiring experienced Commercial Painters with epoxy experience for commercial and industrial projects in Deatsville, AL. Candidates from Prattville, Millbrook, Wetumpka, Montgomery, and surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.ResponsibilitiesApply epoxy coatings and other protective coatings to commercial and industrial surfacesPrepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, grinding, scraping, and repairing as neededMix and apply epoxy products according to manufacturer and project specificationsUse rollers, brushes, sprayers, and other painting equipmentInspect completed work for proper coverage, consistency, and qualityProtect surrounding surfaces and maintain a clean work areaFollow project specifications and jobsite safety requirementsFollow OSHA and site-specific safety proceduresRequirementsPrevious commercial painting experience – REQUIREDHands-on epoxy coating experience – REQUIREDExperience with surface preparation and industrial/commercial coatingsKnowledge of proper mixing and application techniquesAbility to use painting tools and equipment safelyStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityMust be authorized to work in the United StatesMust pass required drug screen and background checksWhat We OfferWeekly PayMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsuranceShort-Term Disability InsuranceOpportunities for ongoing commercial and industrial workPPE RequirementsAll employees must have the required PPE, including:Hard hatWork bootsSafety vestSafety glassesWork glovesAll SLS employees are required to comply with our Substance Abuse Prevention Policy as a condition of employment.
