Commercial Painting Sales AssociateJoin our CertaPro Painters team as a Commercial Painting Sales Associate! We're looking for someone who is passionate about sales, delivering exceptional service to clients, and growing our business.Responsibilities:Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, and industrial customersSeek new business through cold calling and networkingMaintain existing accounts and relationshipsParticipate in industry events and tradeshowsEnsure clear communication of customer needs and expectations through detailed proposalsCollaborate with the Marketing Associate, Production Associate, and Job Site Supervisor to ensure project expectations are metMeet with customers and perform estimates with the Commercial EstimatorWin sales commitments in a competitive marketPrepare weekly analysis of resultsQualifications:2-year degree in a related field requiredB2B commercial sales experience preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsTrack record as a top performer preferredWorking knowledge of paints, coatings, carpentry, drywall, EIFS, DRYVIT, and construction preferredBenefits and Compensation:Competitive base salary, commissions, and bonusesExcellent training and resources providedAt CertaPro Painters, we're dedicated to delivering certainty to our clients.
