Job description

What is Sweatcoin?

At Sweatcoin, we're on a mission to make the world more active - healthier and wealthier along the way. As the leading app that turns steps into rewards, we've inspired 200M+ downloads and helped users walk over 23 trillion steps.

If you have a strong track record in partnerships, client services, account management, or new business, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re always keen to meet exceptional commercial talent who can help raise the bar across our partnerships team. Depending on your experience and strengths, that could mean helping us win new business, grow existing partnerships, or do a mix of both.

At Sweatcoin, we work with global brands to build campaigns and partnerships that feel native to our platform and deliver real commercial results. Our team sits at the intersection of media, performance marketing, brand partnerships, and client growth, and we’re open to speaking with people who can make a meaningful impact in that space.

Why we are hiring:

We’re not hiring for just one fixed profile.

We’re open to meeting people who could strengthen the team in different ways, including:

New Business / Account Executive profiles who are strong at hunting opportunities, opening doors, pitching creatively, and closing commercial partnerships

Account Management / Client Growth profiles who are exceptional at building relationships, retaining clients, growing accounts, and delivering repeat revenue

If you know how to build trust with brands, create commercial value, and improve the standard of a team around you, we’d love to speak.

Why we are hiring:

Embrace your inner superhero as you craft and execute our game-changing sales and partnerships strategy.

Connect with new brands for your target territory, helping them scale globally and achieve greatness.

Transition brands seamlessly to our marketplace manager, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Test and refine our team's outreach methods, constantly improving our approach.

Rise to the challenge and exceed individual targets with flair and finesse.

Dive into cross-functional projects, streamlining operations and optimizing our path to success.

Don your negotiation cape, ensuring we seal the most promising deals.

What you could be doing:

Depending on your background, your role could include a mix of the following:

Building relationships with new and existing commercial partners

Identifying new growth opportunities across regions, verticals, and campaign types

Driving new business revenue and/or growing existing client accounts

Creating proposals, pitch materials, campaign recommendations, and commercial strategies

Managing campaigns from initial commercial discussions through to handover or ongoing growth

Working cross-functionally with client services, operations, product, and marketing teams

Helping improve the way we sell, manage, and scale partnerships globally

Contributing ideas, structure, and commercial thinking that raise the level of the wider team

What we're looking for:

We’d love to hear from people who bring some combination of the following:

Experience in partnerships, account management, client services, media sales, affiliate / performance marketing, or sponsored partnerships

Strong commercial instincts and sound judgement

The ability to build relationships, communicate clearly, and create confidence with clients

A track record of driving revenue, growing accounts, or closing valuable partnerships

A proactive mindset and a willingness to improve how things are done

Comfort working in a fast-moving business where priorities can evolve quickly

International / global commercial experience is a plus

We are less focused on one exact title and more interested in exceptional people who can clearly add value.
