VRP Insurance Agency is an Independent Insurance Brokerage representing numerous Insurance companies for Commercial & Personal Lines Property & Casualty, Life, and Health Insurance risks. Our client base primarily includes Commercial Businesses such as Retail Business Owners, Restaurants, Contractors, Professional Office Risks, Commercial Auto, Trucking, Building, and Habitational Risks. We are also recognized specialists in the Marine Industry, providing comprehensive and competitive products for Marinas, Boat Dealerships, and other Marine-related risks in the Tri-State Area.
Role Description
This is a full-time, in person, hybrid or fully remote role for two positions of Commercial &/or Personal Lines Account Managers located in Hampton Bays, or Holbrook locations. The Account Manager will manage accounts, provide exceptional customer service, handle personal insurance and various other insurance-related tasks. The role includes maintaining strong relationships with clients, processing policy changes, and ensuring client satisfaction through timely responses and problem resolution.
Qualifications
Account Management and Customer Service skills in the Retail P&C Industry
Experience with Commercial &/or Personal Insurance service
Strong understanding of various Insurance types
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Proficiency with insurance-related software and tools
Relevant insurance certifications and licenses are a plus
Must hold a NY Brokers license 5+ years experience
