Job description
Commercial PipefittersRQ is actively hiring skilled Commercial Pipefitters to support our Mechanical Operations team on projects located at Kings Bay Naval Base in Georgia and surrounding areas. All work is performed on a military base, with compensation paid in accordance with Davis-Bacon prevailing wage regulations for each project location.This position is responsible for the installation, assembly, layout, and maintenance of piping systems on active construction sites. Pipefitters will be expected to perform work in compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and applicable building codes while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship and safety. Candidates should possess strong technical pipefitting knowledge and experience using the proper tools and equipment required for commercial mechanical installations. All tasks must be completed in accordance with company safety standards and in support of RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values.Founded in 1996, RQ, LLC has become a nationally recognized Design-Build contractor specializing in commercial and government construction projects throughout the United States.
