Commercial Plumber ForemanImmediate opening for an experienced Owner Direct Commercial Plumber Foreman! Company has been around for decades and continues to grow!Pay is determined on experience and licenses - Top range of $45/hour is paid to those with 6+ years of experience and all licenses listed belowBenefits:All benefits start on date of hire!Full-time hours with opportunity for overtimeFull health insurance and benefitsGenerous vacation/PTO401KBonusesCompany van and gas cardOpportunity for growth and career advancementCompany-paid advanced trainingEmployee-first cultureRequirements:Journeyman or Master Plumber license6+ years of commercial plumbing and mechanical experience2+ years of supervisory or foreman experienceOSHA 10 is requiredOSHA 30 is preferredBackflow certification is preferredMedical gas certification is preferredValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to pass background screening and drug testing, if requiredExperience with commercial boiler systems, pumps, and hydronic systemsExperience using digital work order or field service management softwareProficient with mobile technology, service software, and basic computer applicationsStrong knowledge of commercial plumbing and mechanical systems, building codes, and safety regulationsExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsStrong leadership, communication, organizational and customer relationsAble to work in cold and hot environmentsAble to work autonomously (self-disciplined)Able to work well with others (teamwork)Excellent communication etiquettePrimary Responsibilities (but not limited to):Lead and supervise commercial plumbing techniciansPerform advanced plumbing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair workEnsure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with standards, codes, and customer expectationsServe as the primary field leader, coordinating manpower, materials, and communication between customers, office staff, and field personnelPlan, organize, and coordinate daily service and installation activities and project schedulesDiagnose, repair and install commercial plumbing systems, including water, waste, vent, gas, and specialty piping systemsInstall, maintain, and repair plumbing fixtures, piping, pumps, water heaters, backflow preventers, and related equipmentDiagnose, repair and install commercial mechanical systems, including heating hot water, chilled water, steam, and specialty piping systemsCoordinate with project managers, customers, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure successful project completionOrder and manage materials, tools, and equipment needed for service workComplete service reports, daily logs, timecards, and documentation accurately and on time
