Commercial Plumbing Field SupervisorO'Connor Plumbing is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Field Supervisor to lead our growing Commercial Service team throughout the Washington, DC Metro area.ResponsibilitiesLead and support Commercial Service Technicians and Apprentices.Provide technical guidance and hands-on field support.Conduct regular jobsite visits to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.Review daily work orders and coordinate with dispatch, estimators, and office staff.Assist technicians with complex troubleshooting and repairs.Ensure all work meets company standards, safety requirements, and plumbing code compliance.Order materials and coordinate project needs.Coach, mentor, and develop technicians to improve performance and technical skills.Participate in the on-call rotation as needed.Qualifications7+ years of commercial plumbing experiencePrevious leadership, Foreman, or Field Supervisor experience preferredStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsJourneyman or Master Plumber license preferred (not required)Excellent communication and leadership abilitiesAbility to work independently and make sound decisionsValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordComfortable using tablets, smartphones, and computersCompensation & Benefits$90,000–$115,000 annual salary (based on experience)$10,000 Sign-On Bonus for qualified Field SupervisorsRelocation Assistance Available for qualified candidatesWeekly Pay (Every Friday)Company Take-Home VehicleGas Card & EZ-PassCompany iPhone, iPad, and LaptopMedical, Dental & Vision InsuranceCompany-paid Life Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid HolidaysPaid Vacation (PTO)Paid Birthday OffPaid Sick/Flex TimePaid Leadership DevelopmentPaid Training at the Tom O'Connor Training CenterCintas Carhartt UniformsEmployee Referral Bonus$20,000 Employee Referral Bonus – Qualified Commercial Plumber$10,000 Employee Referral Bonus – Qualified Field SupervisorAbout O'Connor PlumbingFor more than 75 years, O'Connor Plumbing has proudly served commercial customers throughout Maryland, Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia.We are a family-owned company committed to quality workmanship, employee development, and long-term career growth.
