Commercial Plumbing Field SupervisorLead. Mentor. Make an Impact.O'Connor Plumbing is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Field Supervisor to lead our Commercial Service team throughout the Washington, DC Metro area.If you're a strong leader with extensive commercial plumbing experience who enjoys mentoring technicians, solving complex plumbing issues, and building high-performing teams, we'd love to speak with you.This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company that values leadership, teamwork, and long-term career growth.ResponsibilitiesLead and support Commercial Service Technicians and Apprentices.Provide technical guidance and hands-on field support.Conduct regular jobsite visits to ensure quality, safety, and productivity.Review daily work orders and coordinate with dispatch, estimators, and office staff.Assist technicians with complex troubleshooting and repairs.Ensure all work meets company standards, safety requirements, and plumbing codes.Order materials and coordinate project needs.Coach, mentor, and develop technicians to improve performance and skill level.Participate in the on-call rotation as needed.Qualifications7+ years of commercial plumbing experiencePrevious leadership, Foreman, or Field Supervisor experience preferredStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsJourneyman or Master Plumber license preferred (not required)Excellent communication and leadership abilitiesAbility to work independently and make sound decisionsValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordComfortable using tablets, smartphones, and computersCompensation & Benefits$90,000–$115,000 annual salary (based on experience)$10,000 Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidatesWeekly Pay (Every Friday)Company Take-Home VehicleGas Card & EZ-PassCompany iPhone, iPad, and LaptopMedical, Dental & Vision InsuranceCompany-paid Life Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid HolidaysPaid Vacation (PTO)Paid Birthday OffPaid Sick/Flex TimePaid Leadership DevelopmentPaid Training at the Tom O'Connor Training CenterCintas Carhartt UniformsEmployee Referral Bonus$20,000 Employee Referral Bonus – Qualified Commercial Plumber$10,000 Employee Referral Bonus – Qualified Field SupervisorWhy O'Connor Plumbing?For more than 75 years, O'Connor Plumbing has built a reputation for quality workmanship, integrity, and investing in our employees.We believe strong leaders build strong teams.
