Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing and fire sprinkler systems in commercial buildings.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve project milestones.
Troubleshoot plumbing issues and implement effective solutions.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Communicate effectively with team members and project managers.
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Commercial Plumbing Mechanic.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and fire sprinkler installations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with NYC building codes and regulations.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
OSHA certification is required.
