nZions Bank has just opened an opportunity for a Commercial Portfolio Manager in the Specialty Loan Servicing group located in the Zions Technology Center campus in Midvale, UT .

nIdeal candidates will have the skills and experience necessary to :
nnnUnderwrite and service a portfolio of commercial loan relationships.
n
nnSpread and analyze financial statements, address industry risks, collateral requirements, loan structuring and pricing, credit analysis, monitor credit performance and loan presentations.
n
nnHandle reporting on loans, involving such things as past dues, documentation and collateral exceptions, financial performance updates, portfolio profitability, etc.
n
nnProvide customer service through clear communication skills, approachability, and working knowledge of all processes.
n
nnManage existing client relationships.
n
nnAssist Relationship Managers and Branch Managers with credit requests.
n
nnCollaborate and communicate with internal and external clients at a high level regarding sensitive matters, as well as routine matters.
n
nnExpand, build and maintain relationships, with a resulting high degree of customer satisfaction.
n
nnRemain flexible and support other responsibilities as needed for the business.
n
n nWhat you need to bring to the table :
nnnTypically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2 - 4+ years credit associated lending or 5+ years related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
n
nnComprehensive understanding of underwriting.
n
nnAdvanced knowledge of commercial and/or related lending required.
n
nnDeep knowledge of credit analysis, spreading and analyzing financial statements, credit scoring, loan documentation, etc.
n
nnExperience with bank loan and deposit systems preferred:
n
nnCredit Lead
n
nnTax Analysis
n
nnMoody’s
n
nnExcellent writing and verbal communication skills and confidence in working with internal and external senior level individuals.
n
nnAdvanced level expertise with MS Office – most particularly with Excel.
