Responsibilities
Generate your own prospects, network, and establish strong relationships
Consult on business needs and close deals effectively
Collaborate with other producers on lead sharing
Work towards bettering client service and account management relationships
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience selling Commercial Lines with an independent broker
Proven track record of success in the Mid Market space
Ability to generate prospects, establish credibility, and close deals independently
Strong network and relationships within the industry
