Job description
PJ Morgan Real Estate in Omaha, NE is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee daily operations of our commercial properties, coordinate maintenance, manage tenant relations, and monitor budgets and rent collection.
The ideal candidate has prior property management experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. Real estate license is preferred but not required; proficiency with Microsoft 365 is expected, with a commitment to service and community value.
