Job description
Prime Group seeks a Commercial Property Manager to oversee a mixed-use office building with retail space in Hollywood, FL. The role involves driving occupancy, leasing, collections, tenant services, and ensuring policy compliance on a day-to-day basis.
Reporting to the Director of Property Management, you will manage showings, prepare lease agreements, update rent rolls, and coordinate with brokers, tenants, and legal teams to maintain high occupancy and strong tenant relations.
