Job description
Speedway Properties in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to coordinate tenant relations and property operations across multiple internal teams, from leasing to maintenance. You will manage leases, oversee move-ins/outs, liaise with vendors, assist accounting, and ensure compliance with city, county, and state rules while delivering exceptional tenant service.
This full-time role requires an associate degree and at least one year of related experience; YARDI and MS Office
